At Vintage Lounge, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our classified ad services. Our refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of your ad purchase or posting. If 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, your ad purchase must meet the following conditions:
- The ad has not been published or displayed on the Vintage Lounge platform.
- The request is made within 30 days of the purchase date.
- You provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Ads that have been published or displayed on the Vintage Lounge platform.
- Promotional or discounted ad packages.
- Gift cards or credits for ad placements.
- Services related to ad customization or additional features (e.g., premium listings or extended durations) once activated.
Refund Process

Once your request is received and reviewed, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

- Contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary.

Exchanges
As our services are digital (ad placements), we do not offer exchanges unless the ad was not displayed as described due to an error on our part. Gift Purchases
If your ad purchase was a gift, the refund will be issued as a credit to the original purchaser’s payment method or as a Vintage Lounge gift credit, depending on the purchase details. Please contact us at support@vintagelounge.ca (mailto:support@vintagelounge.ca) to coordinate.
Cancellations
